The Airport Advisory Board will meet on Monday, September 21, 2009 at 07:00 PM in the Georgetown Fire Station No. 4, located at 4200 Airport Road, Georgetown, Texas.

Airport Advisory Board meets every third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.unless otherwise specified.

2. Consideration and possible action to approve the Minutes of June 15, 2009 meeting.
(Note: Board did not meet in July or August)
3. Airport Manager’s Report:
a. June, July & August 2009 Monthly Income and Expense Report
b. Report on Noise Study and Master Plan Update
c. Report on Council Actions related to Airport Advisory Board recommendation.
d. Report on Airport Construction Project to remove obstructions in Runway 18 approach.
e. Report on Radar display for the Control Tower.
f. Report on improvements to Terminal Drive.
g. Report on Airport FY2010 proposed budget.
4. Discuss ways to promote aviation and the Georgetown Municipal Airport.
5. Discuss Airport Business Plan.
6. Consideration and possible action for setting Agenda Items for the October 19, 2009, meeting.
7. Adjourn.
