Convention and Visitors Bureau Board

The seven-member Convention and Visitors Board develops, plans, and advises the City Council in the promotion of tourism in Georgetown. Membership consists of representatives from each of the following organizations: the Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Georgetown Association, the Georgetown Heritage Society and Southwestern University. Additionally, other members are chosen from the arts community, the hotel/motel industry, the restaurant industry, the community at-large, major tourist attractions, country clubs, and the bed & breakfast industry.

Convention and Visitors Bureau Board meets every second Friday at 11:30 A.M. unless otherwise specified.
