Georgetown Utility System Advisory Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 2:00 P.M.

Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.

1. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes from the regular GUS Board meeting held on March 18, 2008. -- Jana Kern
   
2. Discussion and possible action regarding the Project Progress Report and timelines (including but not limited to items listed). -- Michael Hallmark, Tom Benz
   
3. Consideration and possible recommemdation to award a contract to Central Road & Utility, LTD, of San Marcos, Texas for the 16-Inch Water Line and Irrigation Water Pump Station Improvements in the amount of $1,722,711.00. -- Tom Benz/Mark Miller
   
4. Consideration and possible recommendation for the award of the annual bids for water meters and accessories to various bidders in the estimated amount of $167,100.00 -- Glenn Dishong
   
5. Discussion and possible recommendation to pursue the acquisition of a joint South Lake Water Treatment Plant Site with CTSUD.-- Glenn Dishong
   
6. Consideration and possible recommendation to approve a contract amendment between the City of Georgetown and Kasberg, Patrick & Associates, L.P., Inc. (KPA), of Georgetown, Texas, for professional services related to the design of the Smith Branch Interceptor for $176,300.00. -- Tom Benz
   
7. Presentation and possible recommendation of the 2008-2009 Water Services Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Plan. -- Tom Benz
